Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Kassit SEO platform ("the Service"). By creating an account you agree to them. This is a summary of the operative terms; your organization may have a separate signed agreement that takes precedence.

1. Accounts & organizations

You are responsible for activity under your account and for the data in the organizations (workspaces) you own or belong to. Roles (Owner, Admin, Editor, Viewer) determine what each member can do.

2. Acceptable use

You may only crawl and audit websites you own or are authorized to analyze. The crawler obeys robots.txt and is rate-limited; you must not use the Service to overload third-party sites or to scrape search engines. Search-performance data is sourced only through official Google APIs you explicitly connect.

3. Plans, billing & quotas

Paid plans are billed in advance per period through our payment processor. Plan limits (projects, seats, tracked keywords, crawl volume, exports) are enforced by the Service. Cancelling keeps your paid entitlements until the end of the current period, after which the account reverts to the Free plan. A failed renewal moves the subscription to a past-due grace window and then to Free.

4. Availability & liability

The Service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding period.

5. Termination

You may close your account at any time from account settings, which deletes your owned workspaces and their data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
